Role Details

Leaving Care Solutions are a leading provider of semi-independent accommodation and support for young people leaving care. Currently based in London and the South East, we are looking to appoint a Head of Service to deliver our vision of becoming the best-in-class national provider of supported accommodation to care leavers.

 As Head of Service you will have lead responsibility for the development, management and growth of a team supporting young people aged 16 and over, a number of whom have complex needs including dealing with experiences of trauma and/or loss. You will provide positive and dynamic leadership and management to the team of Operational Managers, supporting them to motivate a well skilled and trained workforce.

You will have proven experience in a similar role or you could be looking for the next step up in your career. Ideally, you will hold a social care/social work or health qualification as well as having proven abilities in leadership, management and business development.

This role is homebased and travel will be required particularly to visit our offices in Enfield.  It also comes with a highly attractive annual salary up to £55k depending on skills/experience, plus company car, bonus scheme, pension and benefits package.
