Role Details

We are looking for a Contact Support Worker to support the delivery of our contract with CAFCASS in the Bracknell area.  You will be required to work flexibly across the week, which will include providing evening and predominantly weekend support to families.

With the skills to engage, motivate and challenge you will supervise contact with family members.  This will entail participating in activities both within and outside the agency premises.

With a background in social work, youth work or any other related area and an understanding of the challenges faced by children, young people and families, it is essential that you have at least 1 years’ experience of working with children and families as well as a sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures.  You must be able to evidence good communication, observation and report writing skills.
