Leaving Care Solutions are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Recruitment Resourcer/Co-ordinator to join our team in Bromsgrove. Our vision is to make a positive and lasting difference to young people who have been in care and are moving towards independence. We provide young people with accommodation/housing, as well as support them to move towards independent living and realising their dreams and aspirations.

You will lead on recruitment activity for LCS support workers and managers, and provide a comprehensive, high quality and efficient recruitment and resourcing service.

What the role involves:

  • Sourcing high volumes of suitable candidates through innovative means (advertising campaigns, direct sourcing, attendance at events, jobs fairs), quickly and effectively
  • Create and manage effective targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Networking
  • Creating and posting engaging quality adverts to maximise key talent attraction on the appropriate mediums
  • Candidate screening and conducting of first-stage telephone interviews
  • Co-ordination and management the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

You will need to have:

  • Tangible experience of working successfully within a fast paced, high volume resourcing role to tight deadlines (ideally within an agency or RPO environment with some experience of the care sector)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • A good working knowledge of legislation relevant to the recruitment industry such as the Equality Act 2010/GDPR
