Core Assets are looking for a Health & Safety and Property Manager to join their busy team in Bromsgrove. The role will involve working within the Business Support Team providing high quality business management and support across the group and all component companies. 

Your role will involve:

- To co-ordinate and support the requirement for compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 with as far as is reasonably practicable

- To take on the role as our organisation’s nominated competent person for Health & Safety as required by legislation and liaise with external advisors as required

- Maintain up to date and relevant legislative and regulatory knowledge on Health & Safety regulations and communicate key updates to senior management and all staff as required

- To lead and own the achievement of external H&S accreditation as required by the organisation

- Lead and own the production of all Health & Safety policy and procedures

- Embed robust monitoring of all aspects of Health & Safety across all component company offices

- To co-ordinate the monitoring, identification of and exit from office premises across the Group and all component companies

- Work with regional colleagues to identify suitable office locations to meet need, negotiate rates and producing required documentation at start of a new tenancy

- Work with regional colleagues to manage the exit from offices as determined at lease end and organise / negotiate appropriate schedule of dilapidations

- Maintain up to date and relevant legislative and regulatory knowledge on Property Management regulations and communicate key updates to senior management and all staff as required

This role is based in Bromsgrove and comes with an attractive starting salary of up to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits.
