Core Assets Children’s Services are an established children’s services provider that delivers innovative and outcomes-based services for children, young people and families. Our Hampshire SENDIASS service provides a single point of contact for information, advice and support for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) and their parents and carers.

We are looking to take on an enthusiastic and helpful Triage and Support Administrator who will work closely with the SENDIASS Team to deliver a comprehensive and flexible support service to the service team.  As the first point of contact for customers contacting the service, you will be offering impartial information, signposting to customers to further information and allocating cases to the support worker team. Personal or professional experience in special educational needs is beneficial but not required, training will be provided. You must be professional and positive in your approach, as well as committed to providing the highest levels of customer care.

With a suitable qualification in business administration or computing and previous office experience supporting projects  you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to a wide range of audiences including senior managers, customers and parents and be able to handle changing priorities.  Excellent IT skills are essential for this post as is the ability to process and collect data for reporting purposes.
