Up to £36,000 per annum plus essential car user allowance + benefits.
Office based in Nottingham or Homebased but with expectation of regular travel to our Nottingham head office.
Full time – 35 hours per week

We require a Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Manager to join our management team to provide a flexible, effective and strategically planned Quality Assurance and Safeguarding service in line with statutory and agency requirements and Fostering People’s Vision and Values.
As a qualified Social Worker, and under instruction from the Head of QA & Safeguarding you will produce, develop, deploy and review policies, procedures and practice to underpin the work of services in line with relevant legislation, regulations, and “best practice” guidance.
As the successful candidate you will need to be confident and self-motivated with a high level of organisational, verbal, written and communication skills alongside attention to detail. You will need an excellent knowledge and understanding of current legislation relevant to Children’s Social Care. You must hold a current registration with the HCPC or equivalent body and a full driving licence.
