Mental Health Pracitioners
Core Assets Children's Services have been awarded an exciting new contract to deliver therapeutic interventions, guidance and training to young people and their families, supporting the improvement of family relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing in their own home and other community based venues working within an Integrated Early Support Service team based in Cheshire West and Chester. This role requires an extremely creative and flexible individual who will employ an integrated and united approach to work collaboratively with the Integrated Early Support Service and Community Mental Health Teams.
With a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with vulnerable young people and families, the successful candidate will hold a recognised professional mental health qualification and be registered and accredited with a recognised therapy body.
This is a part time post working 17.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for 3 years.
